At the end of your evaluation, the transplant team will meet to discuss your results. They will discuss any concerns they may have about your test results. They may suggest further testing. If they decide that you are a good candidate for transplant, we will send all of your information to your insurance company to ask for approval.

A transplant coordinator will call you with your test results.

You may choose not to have the transplant. In this case, you would continue your current  treatment.
